Based on your track, try cutting around 400Hz to reduce muddiness and add a gentle high-shelf at 10kHz for presence. I can also apply these settings automatically in the Audio Engineer tab.

Given your current Em-C-G progression, try adding Am to create Em-C-G-Am. This creates a nice emotional resolution. I can generate this MIDI pattern in the Producer tab.
