Mindset is the foremost determinant of success, shaping the foundation upon which all positive actions are built. Even with optimal connections, timing, and resources, a lack of the appropriate mindset and direction will lead you to miss out on numerous opportunities, leaving you feeling stagnant. Therefore, cultivating a positive vision is essential, for it is the mindset that drives us to take the actions necessary for success.

Structure equals freedom. To achieve success with this guide, you will engage in a daily task.

For those who may not know me, a brief introduction: I am a music producer, forex trader and mentor, and software developer. My musical journey began early on in school and church, leading to a scholarship in piano performance in college. A few semesters later, I transferred to Full Sail University, earning a bachelor's degree in Music Production. Over the next seven years, my collaborations with other artists led to a record deal with Universal Music Group and a following of over 100,000 worldwide. With the start of COVID, I ventured into forex trading and coding. Since 2021, I have been teaching forex trading and leveraging my coding skills to create multiple passive income streams, such as forex expert advisors, apps, websites, and software.

This guide is designed to complement my subconscious mind hacking technique video, inspired by mentors like Jim Rohn, Bill Proctor, my millionaire mentor Matt, and others. Both the video and this guide, created in early 2023, mark the beginning of my notable achievements in forex trading and coding, such as withdrawing over $40k in forex and hitting multiple 1000%+ gains to building APIs that are used worldwide. The final steps in this guide are strategies I applied in my music career to achieve success.

The principle is simple: if your subconscious understands where you aim to be in life, you will naturally align with that vibration and energy. Approximately 70% of our daily actions stem from our subconscious, such as talking, typing, and reading—activities we perform without conscious thought. Essentially, once your mind perceives you in a different light, it will naturally behave as if it is in that light. You will attract new opportunities, generate new ideas, and draw people towards you.

1. Write Your Goals

It's time to get serious. The first step involves writing down your 3-year goals in the present tense. Consider what you truly desire and the actions you can take now to achieve it. For instance, if your 3-year goal is to be healthy, you could start today by adopting a diet and exercise plan. You want your 3 years goals to be much more challenging; don't choose something that you could do fast. Select goals that will significantly positively impact your life, exciting yet challenging you. If fear is a compenent that means you're growing. Avoid making a big list of goals, as the more you add, the less impactful each becomes.

2. Choose the Goal

With your list of goals prepared, select the one with the highest positive impact on your life. This goal is the most important, as it is the key to enabling the others. My mentor described this as the 20% that produces 80% of the results. Ask yourself, "What are the projects that are the 20% most meaningful and will get you 80% of the results?" If your list includes a goal like driving a Porsche 911, it likely doesn't hold the highest positive impact.

3. Repetitive Effort

Now, focus on the selected goal, writing it down daily and adding an extra sentence each time. I know this might seem petty, but this practice trains your muscle memory. After a few days, you'll find that writing this sentence becomes automatic, as it is now locked into your subconscious.

4. Take Action

This is crucial and often left out by mentors and gurus. Commit to taking steps towards your goal daily, no matter how small. For example, improving a 920 credit score might involve clearing old debts, while aspiring pilots like myself would research flight schools. If your goal is to earn a million a month, you could start by reading books by successful, wealthy individuals.

My mentor shared a valuable "cheat code" for taking action: structure equals freedom.

Each month, outline the specific goal for the month that you aim to achieve that leads up to your main goal. Then write out a schedule to complete the tasks that you need to do to complete that goal this month. At the end of the month, review your progress and be honest with yourself. I also apply this exercise weekly and I found that it clarifies the path to my goals. Seeing yourself succeed motivates ongoing effort. Focus clearly on your chosen path.

Lastly, you will lose confidence in your goal/results often. I've found it helpful to celebrate your wins. Learn from your experiences and move forward, concentrating on your successes. Witnessing your own progress, like the effectiveness of a workout plan, inspires further effort. If you observe continuous improvement, your motivation will grow. Imagine nurturing a garden; the sight of the first sprouting seeds spurs you to care for it more diligently, eager for the harvest. Or, learning a new language; mastering new words and phrases boosts your confidence and drive toward fluency. Victory begets victory. Embrace your successes, acknowledge your setbacks, and then proceed. Every day presents a new opportunity.

I hope you apply this knowledge. Jim Rohn once said, "If you don't make any changes in your life, your life will stay the same. You can predict the next five years will be just like the last five. It only changes when you decide to change everything. Any day you wish, you can change your life forever."
